Submitting a Maintenance Request

Report an issue and track it through to completion.

Something broken? Report it from the Maintenance tab instead of texting your landlord — it keeps a record and lets you track progress.

Tenant maintenance page with a submit-a-request form and a list of open requests
  1. 1
Fill in the issue title and description
Be specific — "Leaking faucet in kitchen" and a description of what's happening helps it get triaged correctly.
  2. 2
    Set a priority
Low — not urgent, Medium — needs attention soon, High — affecting daily life, or Emergency — immediate safety risk. Defaults to Medium.
  3. 3
    Submit
It appears immediately under "Open Requests" with a status of Not Started.

Tracking a request

Each open request shows its current status — Not Started, Planned, In Progress, Waiting on Vendor, or Completed — updated by your landlord as work progresses. Once finished, it moves out of the open list into a collapsible Completed section rather than disappearing.

If you're not currently assigned to a property, this form is replaced with a note to contact your property manager directly — that usually means your account isn't linked to a unit yet.
